My name is Brianne Tylliros and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. Currently, I am on the path to becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), aiming to enhance my skills in understanding and positively influencing behavior to enrich quality of life. I have experience supporting individuals of all ages navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, ADHD, and ASD. My practice extends to both adults and children, embracing a compassionate, person-centered approach. My passion lies in facilitating mental wellness and behavioral stability, driven by a sincere empathy for each individual I assist. My goal is to cultivate a safe, nurturing space where clients feel truly seen and supported as they embark on their journey of personal growth and healing. In my therapeutic sessions, you can expect warmth, attentiveness, and an unwavering commitment to facilitating positive change. Within sessions I utilize a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Solution-focused brief therapy, and Narrative therapy. I hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve, one session at a time.
